These modernised cottages of three bedrooms, sleeping up to eight people, are situated on the Moray Coast in the quiet village of Portknockie, approximately 15 miles from Elgin. Aberdeen, Inverness and Aviemore are within 1.5 hours drive.

Each unit is fully furnished and equipped ex-linen i.e. Colour TV & Video, Microwave, Fridge, Cooker, Washer Dryer, Electric Kettle, Iron.

A cot, high chair & stair gates are available on request at time of booking.

Most of the units are fitted with off-peak heating to ensure your comfort during early/late season booking.

Parking is available at all units.

Midweek and Weekend Bookings available off season.

All bed linen, towels & tea towels can be provided at an additional charge.

Sleeps 6. Overlooking the harbour, this two storey semi-detached cottage has a superb view of the Moray Firth and Portknockie Harbour. On the ground floor is an open plan lounge/dining area/kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The cottage is doubled glazed and has storage heating throughout. There is a garden at the rear of the cottage.

Sleeps 6. Adjoining 1 Cliff Terrace, this two storey cottage also enjoys superb views of the Moray Firth. The ground floor consists of a lounge, dining kitchen, double bedroom and bath/shower room. Upstairs consists of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The cottage is doubled glazed and has storage heating throughout. Enclosed patio area at rear. Access for residents with mobility difficulties Category 3. Also suitable for assisted wheelchair access.

Sleeps 5. Adjoining 2 Cliff Terrace, this two storey cottage enjoys superb views of the Moray Firth and Portknockie Harbour. Downstairs consists of a large dining kitchen, sitting room with panoramic views of the bay and bathroom with shower. Upstairs consists of one double bedroom, one single bedroom and one twin bedroom. Double glazing and storage heating throughout. Outside you can enjoy the views on a paved patio area.

Sleeps 6. This detached two storey cottage probably enjoys one of the best possible views of the Harbour, rugged coastline and Moray Firth, especially at sunset. The cottage consists of an open plan lounge and dining kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom downstairs with one double and one twin bedroom upstairs. Double glazed with storage heating throughout, this cottage is ideal for all year round comfort.
